Chester is a 2 yr old neutered male chocolate & white Pitt Bull terrier. He is HW Negative , microchipped, & up to date on his vaccinations.
Chester is crate trained, & house trained as well . He is happy go lucky & eager to please. Chester likes to play & knows basic commands. He was found wandering in the street at night & was lucky not to have been hit by passing cars. During attempts to find his owners a local business showed video tape of Chester being dropped off & left. There was not enough evidence to track who did this & we know Chester will be better off in a loving home where he is wanted.
Chester is being fostered with a lot of other dogs & has been exposed to children & cats as well. He does great with older children but grumbles if they approach him when he feels cornered. He would do best with older children or a home with no children. He does great playing with them but has an issue when crated or crowded. He can be a bit timid in new surroundings, but will reach out for reassurance from people and is quite the affectionate snuggle bug. He is playful, and a very social boy.
Chester?s adoption fee is $175 $75. (Reduced to give him a better chance to find his forever home.) This covers vetting & helps us rescue more dogs like Chester!
